The living area has a full-wall bookcase and entertainment center with Dish Network® satellite TV/Internet connection, matching upholstery 3-seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and arm chair. Views of the ocean across the Cove can be seen from the living area through two 8ft sliding glass doors which open onto the exterior Trex® system deck area with railings protected by a Sunsetter® retractable awning and furnished with deck chairs. To one side of the deck area is an outdoor freshwater rinse shower, perfect for after snorkeling or shore entry scuba diving which is possible from the sandy beach area at the property shoreline.

The kitchen area has a Jenn-Aire® 4 Element stove, microwave with convention oven, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, breakfast bar, 2 seater teak breakfast/dining table and custom tropical hardwood cabinetry with two lazy susans. The sleeping area is furnished with a Queen sized Murphy bed that folds up into a wall space. There is a walk-in closet along the hallway leading to the separate bathroom and toilet with walk-in shower cubicle. A hook-up for clothes washer and drier is in one of the bodegas at the rear of the Bungalow.

Ceramic tiles are applied to all floors with some floor mats/rugs in the living areas. A G.E. 18,000 BTU/hr air conditioning unit is installed for those infrequent occasions when the, almost all year round, off-shore Trade Winds or four ceiling fans may not provide sufficient cooling.

The value of this property is inherent in the expansion or future development potential of the large beachfront Lot. Originally built as a Guest’s Quarters for the larger Casa Paradise located across the road and to the west of the Bungalow, this building was designed with future expansion in mind. With its solid reinforced concrete frame the building could be extended vertically to the maximum height of 30 feet (as currently restricted by the Trade Wind Properties Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions) or as the building has been located in the rear south eastern corner of the Lot, it could be extended as a single story dwelling.

Alternatively, there is adequate space to build a new home in the center of the lot and retain the existing bungalow as a separate Guest’s Quarters or Vacation Rental Apartment.

Note to Buyers
This property was sold approximately 18 months ago with mortgage financing. Unfortunately the buyer is since deceased and the buyer's Estate decided to discontinue mortgage repayments resulting in the property reverting to the original owner. Both USA and Honduras Courts have ruled the property be returned to the original owner and there are no outstanding disputes over ownership. The Land Registry is in the process of changing the name on the Title Documents back to that of the original owner. In Honduras this process can take some time.

We will accept a fully-refundable (less wire transfer costs) 10% deposit on the property while the Title Documents are being updated. Once updated the buyer can proceed with the purchase at the agreed selling price. If a deposit is not received before or when the updated documents are issued, the asking price will be increased to $275,000.
