The interior living areas total 850 sq ft [90 sq m] with an exterior decked areas of 785 sq ft [73 sq m]. The floor consists of an 8 inch [20.3 cm] tongue and groove sub-floor with a cherry laminate engineered flooring on top. The exterior walls are 8 inch [20.3 cm] clap board painted and nailed to 2x4 inch [5x10 cm] studs at 24 inches [61 cm] on center, reinforced at window and door openings. Interior walls are sheet rock drywall with plaster. The pitched roof is timber tongue and groove with factory coated long-life corrosion resistant aluzinc sheeting. A PVC gutter system directs rain water to the 2,000 gallon [7,580 liter] cistern. All exterior doors and windows are PVC frames with single glazing.

The main living area has been designed as an open and airy space with exposed beams and cathedral style ceilings of painted tongue and groove planking. French Doors lead out from the living room to the deck area at the property rear. The rear deck area contains a 9 x 6 ft [2.7 x 4.75 m] built in 'plunge' pool which is level with the decking surface and 4 ft [1.2 m] deep. The rear deck also serves as an open-air entertainment and BBQ area. The open plan kitchen and dining area share the main living space. Kitchen cabinetry is MDF carcass with solid mahogany timber doors and ceramic tile counter tops. A ducted central air conditioning system feeds all living areas except the Bathroom.

Master Bedroom Master Bedroom A vestibule off the main living area leads to separate doorways each to the Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Bathroom with separate toilet and shower. All interior doors are wood fiber hollow doors. Both the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom have two separate built-in closet spaces. There is further closet space by the side exterior entrance door leading into the main living area. Both bedrooms have French Doors leading to the rear deck and 'plunge' pool in the case of the Master Bedroom, and to a small balcony area overlooking the public street in the case of the Guest Bedroom.
