Also at ground level is a 15,000 gallon cistern with pressure pump feeding the hot [on demand] and cold water systems. An underground Geo-Thermal Forced Air Cooling System in conjunction with some 13 ceiling fans provides regular cooling, and is backed up by a 5,000 BTU air-conditioning unit for extreme conditions. Waste water is fed into an aerobic 3 stage treatment system. An open area on the concrete slab, but covered by the second floor, provides sufficient protected space to park several vehicles.

From the ground floor, steps lead up to a 7 foot wide wooden deck which wraps around the eastern and northern sides of the second floor. This elevated decking area enhances the panoramic ocean views and provides an outdoor entertainment area ideal for BBQ's or evening cocktails.

From the second floor deck is the main entrance to the house, which opens into the main living/lounge area and on the right, a doorway to a guest room with ensuite shower, vanity unit and toilet. The guest room, which is currently used by the present owner as an office, also has doors leading to the second floor deck and the kitchen. The main living area, through the dining area, leads into a spacious kitchen with a interior stairway to the third floor.

The kitchen has laminated counter tops along the full length of one wall and a central kitchen island. Custom hardwood cabinetry and USA domestic appliances are fitted throughout the kitchen, which also has a large walk-in pantry. An external door to the rear of the kitchen leads to a small screened-in porch and back steps down to the ground floor.

The interior stairway from the second floor opens out into the large master bedroom which occupies most of the third floor. Off the master bedroom is a large master bathroom with vanity unit, toilet, shower and whirlpool bath. A laundry with separate washer and dryer is off the master bathroom.

Also off the master bedroom is an external door leading to a private 15 ft x 15 ft terrace sun-deck with ocean views.
