- Stage 5 → 10% of Total Price - Due at completion of Complete Roof, Wall Finishes, Interior and Exterior, 2nd Floor Ceramic,
- Stage 6 → 10% of Total Price - Due at completion of First Floor Ceramic, Fixtures, Plumbing, Electricity, Paint, Finishes Exterior and Interior,
- Stage 7 → 10% of Total Price - Due at completion of Paving, Driveways, Patios, Landscaping,
- Stage 8 → approx* 5% of Total Price - Due at Buyer Acceptance† of construction completion.
- *Stage Payments will be rounded down to nearest dollar and Stage Payment 8 will be adjusted so that sum of all Stage Payments is equal to Total Price.
