    • Stage 4 → 15% of Total Price - Due at completion of 2nd Floor Slab, Walls, Plumbing and Electricity Rough, Roofing Framing,
    • Stage 5 → 10% of Total Price - Due at completion of Complete Roof, Wall Finishes, Interior and Exterior, 2nd Floor Ceramic,
    • Stage 6 → 10% of Total Price - Due at completion of First Floor Ceramic, Fixtures, Plumbing, Electricity, Paint, Finishes Exterior and Interior,
    • Stage 7 → 10% of Total Price - Due at completion of Paving, Driveways, Patios, Landscaping,
    • Stage 8 → approx* 5% of Total Price - Due at Buyer Acceptance† of construction completion.
